Child-Centred Play Therapy

What is Child-Centred Play Therapy?

Child-Centred Play Therapy is a creative therapeutic approach for children that uses play as the primary form of communication. Through play, children can express their feelings and make sense of their experiences which may be too complex to put into words. Child-Centred Play Therapy is non-directive, offering children the opportunity to explore their feelings at their own pace within a safe, accepting and empathic therapeutic environment.
